The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* Brian Roberts, 22, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 24 on four charges of possession of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $20,000. There was a warrant from Pahrump District Court for failure to appear. For that charge no bail was set.

* Melanie Contreras, 37, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 24 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000. She was released March 25 on her own recognizance after a court date was set.

* Charles Plinske, 34, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 24 on charges of battery and assault with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $6,000. He was released March 25 on his own recognizance after a court date was set.

* Ida Newitt, 62, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 24 charged with child abuse. Bail was set at $5,000 and she was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Victoria McBrohn, 38, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 24 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on a traffic charge. Bail was set at $3,625. She was released March 26 on her own recognizance after a court date was set.

* Rachel Perry, 32, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 25 charged with embezzlement of auto. Bail was set at $5,000 and she as released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Chloe Kyle, 29, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 25 charged with burglary attempt of victim over 65. Bail was set at $5,000. She was released March 26 on her own recognizance with conditions after a court date was set.

* Jonathan Riggs, 43, of Chicago, Ill., was booked into Pahrump jail March 25 charged with DUI-third, speed and suspended driver's license. Bail was set at $5,644.

* Laura Lee Davenport, 19, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 25 on charges of conspiracy to commit a crime, unlawful taking of vehicle and obstructing. Bail was set at $5,632. She was released march 29 on her own recognizance after a court date was set and an agreement to appear was signed.

* Patrick Tackett, 50, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 25 on domestic battery-first. Bail was set at $3,000. He was released March 26 on his own recognizance after a court date was set.

* Daniel Chacchia of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 26 on domestic battery with no priors. Bail was set at $3,000 and he was released on his own recognizance after a court date was set.

* Veronica Woods, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 26 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on safety belts required. There was a Pahrump Justice Court warrant as well for new charges of possession of meth, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription. Bail was set at $27,088. She was released March 29 on her own recognizance after a court date was set and a promise to appear was signed.

* Christopher Mevis, 39, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 27 on charges of under the influence of a controlled substance, three counts of child endangerment, ex-felon in possession of a firearm and discharge firearm. Bail was set at $32,000.

* Heather Mevis, 35, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 28 charged with child abuse. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Ronna McKiernan, 25, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 28 charged with DUI, two counts of domestic battery and driving without a valid driver's license. Bail was set at $7,149. She was released March 29 on her own recognizance after a court date was set and a promise to appear was signed.

* Gregory Reed, 18, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 29 sentenced to 25 days for contempt of court. No bail.

* Lisa Feurstein, 43, of Oceanside, Calif., was booked into Pahrump jail March 29 charged with under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Michael Nogera, 48, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 29 charged with DUI-drugs, no driver's license, no proof of insurance, no seat belt and failure to yield. Bail for those charges was set at $2,140. There were also two Pahrump Justice Court warrants and bail for those was set at an additional $2,685. He was released March 30 on his own recognizance after a court date was set and an agreement to appear was signed.

* Joseph Woolbright, 48, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 30 on charges of driving on right side required, attempted manslaughter, DUI-alcohol, failure to maintain travel lane, no proof of insurance and open container. Bail was set at $5,956. He was released on his own recognizance after a court date was set and an agreement to appear was signed.

* Alex Crisp, of Pahrump, incurred additional charges of two counts of conspiracy to commit burglary. Bail was set at $4,000.

* Gabriel Medina-Sanchez, 38, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 30 charged with burglary. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Alicia Osborne, 28, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 30 on charges of burglary and petit larceny. Bail was set at $5,632.
