The following information was provided by Nye County District Attorney Bob Beckett. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent.

The following are charges filed by the DA's office against adults.

* Michael Christopher Lee was charged with possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription.

* Lynette Madar was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

The following is a list of charges brought against juveniles.

* Attempted open and gross lewdness, placing graffiti or defacing property, burglary and child in need of supervision.

The following cases were heard in Pahrump Justice Court.

* Ismael Lambaren Lopez, charged with signal by hand and arm or signal by lamp device, security of payment for tort liabilities required, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a valid driver's license and certain unlawful acts, is set for pre-trial conference Dec. 22.

* Miguel Mendoza, charged with assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated stalking and domestic battery, is set for a bench trial Nov. 30.

* Juan Ramon Quezada, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, is set for status check Feb. 23, 2010.

* Jacqueline Denise Reynolds, charged with furnishing dangerous drug without a prescription, is set for a pre-trial conference Jan. 14, 2010.

* Keith Seidschlaw, charged with unlawful possession of a hypodermic device and unlawful possession of a controlled substance, is set for a preliminary hearing Feb. 18, 2010.

The following cases were heard in Pahrump District Court.

* Kelly E. Abate, charged with embezzlement, is set for set for sentencing Dec. 8.

* Antonio Amaro-Leyva, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol-second offense and third offense, will be sentenced Dec. 8.

* Elton Walter Behrens, charged with attempted murder, battery with use of a deadly weapon causing substantial bodily harm and domestic battery with substantial bodily harm, has a trial set Dec. 15-17.

* Marshall Brooker, charged with unlawful use of a controlled substance, was put on one year probation with one to serve in the Nye County Detention Center.

* Ashley Brooker, charged with trafficking in a Schedule I substance, will be sentenced Feb. 9, 2010.

* Jeremiah Michael Hare, charged with possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription is set for a status check April 13, 2010.

* Amy Hewitt, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act, was sentenced to 12 to 24 months in Nevada Department of Corrections.

* Edwin Wayne Howard IV, charged with theft, was sentenced to 48 to 120 months in the Nevada Department of Corrections.

* Martin Meza-Bautista, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, will be sentenced Dec. 8.

* Lenard J. Miller, charged with possessing with intent to utter fictitious note and intimidating a witness, was sentenced to 16 to 48 months in the Nevada Department of Corrections to run concurrent.

* Karl J. Mitchell, charged with two counts of unlawful use of a controlled substance, has a trial set for Dec. 10.

* George Ordonez, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, will be sentenced Jan. 5.

* Rene Servin Ortiz, charged with attempted offense involving stolen property, was sentenced to Nevada Department of Corrections Regimental Discipline Program.

* Scott Allen Pace, charged with attempted sexual assault with a deadly weapon, was sentenced to 96 to 240 months to run consecutive to 48 to 120 months.

* Oscar Perez-Marquez, charged with first degree murder with use of a deadly weapon, first degree kidnapping, battery with intent to commit a crime and first degree arson, has a trial set for May 17, 19-21 and 24.

* Dustin Leslie Pryor, charged with two counts of unlawful use of a controlled substance and possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription, was sentenced to one year in Nye County Detention Center.

* Heather Louise Wallen, charged with conspiracy to commit grand larceny, was sentenced to one year in Nye County Detention Center.

* Troy Young, charged with aiming a firearm at a human being and discharging a firearm where a person might be endangered, was sentenced to one year in Nye County Detention Center.

* Stephanie Annette Jackson, charged with a felony DUI, will be sentenced Dec. 8.

* Stephen James Alarid, charged with battery with substantial bodily harm, has a trial date set for March 19 and 20, 2010.

* James Hunt Burress, charged with grand larceny, burglary, conspiracy to commit grand larceny, conspiracy to commit burglary and habitual criminal, was sent to Lakes Crossing Center for psychological evaluation.

* Larry Russell Fielding, charged with conspiracy to commit burglary, was sentenced to one year in Nye County Detention Center.

* Stephen Finis Gattis, charged with escaped prisoner, was sentenced to six month consecutive to his current sentence.

* William E. Griffin, charged with open or gross lewdness-second offense, will be sentenced Jan. 25, 2010.

* Jack Albert Hofer, charged with grand larceny of firearm(s) and ex-felon in possession of firearm(s), has a trial set for Aug. 31 through Sept. 3, 2010.

* Julia Ann Huffman, charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, was placed on probation.

* Christopher James Knight, charged with theft, has a trial set for Feb. 4 and 5, 2010.

* Stephen Labrum, charged with invasion of the home, has a trial date set for Sept. 21 through 22, 2010.

* Jason Alexander Lynch, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, will be arraigned Jan. 25, 2010.

* Shain Majorway Mastin, charged with possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense, was sentenced to 19 to 48 months in the Nevada Department of Corrections. Sentence to run consecutive to another case.

* Jeffrey Robin Molitor, charged with unlawful use of a controlled substance and carrying a concealed weapon, is set to be arraigned Dec. 7.

* Mark E. Musall, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, is set to be arraigned Dec. 7.

* Debra Gene Parks, charged with forgery, has a trial set for Sept. 7 through 9, 2010.

* Donald Allen Sanders, charged with embezzlement, is set to be arraigned, Jan. 25, 2010.

* Sandra May Townsend, charged with a probation violation, has an evidentiary hearing set for Dec. 7.

* Shannon Scott Watson, charged with burglary and possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription, has a trial set for March 23 through 25, 2010.

* Lawrence Chester Wisniewski, charged with injury to other property, was sentenced to three years probation with special conditions and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $5,100.
