Sheriff's Report

The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

• Danny Jarvis was booked June 22 for possession of a stolen vehicle and fictitious plates. His bail was set at $5,157.

• Michael Allensworth was booked June 22 for possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription, obstructing a peace officer and threat against person/ property. His bail was set at $10,632.

• Robert Tabor was booked June 22 for burglary, burglary (conspiracy), and grand larceny of a firearm. His bail was set at $13,500.

• Jason Nicholson was booked June 23 for battery with a deadly weapon and conspiracy to commit a crime. His bail was set at $8,000.

• Cameron Craven was booked June 23 for conspiracy to commit a crime and battery. His bail was set at $3,632.

• Howard Maxwell was booked June 23 for possession/ sale of false ID x7 and obtaining false ID for identity x7. His bail was set at $70,000.

• Robert Towne was booked June 23 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear; charged with under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bail was set at $5,632.

• Joseph DeLuca was booked June 25 for first DUI and evading a police officer. His bail was set at $5,792.

• Jean Young was booked June 27 for attempted assault with a deadly weapon and domestic battery. Bail was set at $6,000.

• David Fuller was booked June 27 for indecent exposure. His bail was set at $10,000.

• Robert Swift was booked June 28 for burglary, burglary (conspiracy), grand larceny, grand larceny (conspiracy), possession of stolen property and possession of stolen property (conspiracy). His bail was set at $21,000.

• Troy Lee was booked June 28 for burglary, burglary (conspiracy), grand larceny, grand larceny (conspiracy), possession of stolen property, possession of stolen property (conspiracy) and under the influence of a controlled substance. His bail was set at $26,000.

At Beatty:

• Lawrence Seely was booked June 26. Bail was set at $5,000.

Misdemeanor arrests made during the week included five for warrants, five for domestic battery, two for DUI, two for intoxicated person in the roadway, two for illegal use of fireworks, one for obstruction of a peace officer, one for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and one that was related to traffic offenses.
